Anne Marie Italiano. Amerykańska aktorka filmowa.
Na scenie zadebiutowała w roku 1952, w filmie Proszę nie pukać. W latach 50. grywała w wielu filmach, lecz tylko role drugoplanowe.
Przełom nastąpił w roku 1962, kiedy zdobyła ona główną rolę kobiecą w filmie Cudotwórczyni, za który została nagrodzona nagrodą Oscara, nagrodą BAFTA oraz nominacją do Złotego Globu. Jej najsłynniejsze filmowe obrazy to: Absolwent (Złoty Glob w 1968 r.), 84 Charing Cross Road (BAFTA w 1988 r.), Zjadacz dyń (BAFTA, główna nagroda na Festiwalu Filmowym w Cannes oraz Złoty Glob w 1964 r.), Punkt zwrotny oraz Tajemnica klasztoru Marii Madgaleny.
